Sunshine Water Services’ water and wastewater rates will soon change across our 10-county service area. Our last change in base rates occurred about four years ago in May 2021. Since then, we have made significant financial investments in our water and wastewater systems, which provide essential services needed every day.

If you are struggling to pay your bill, payment arrangements are available. Payment arrangements can help customers spread past due bills over a 12-month period. No customer on a payment arrangement or plan who is current on that arrangement will be disconnected. Customers can call our Customer Experience team at (866) 842-8432 or use our
My Utility Account portal to set up a payment arrangement or plan.
