With paperless billing, all your account information will still be available to view when you log in to My Utility Account.

How It Works
Paperless billing is presented as an option when you first register for My Utility Account. Paperless billing can also be selected at any time from the My Account module. Open Notification Preferences and select the checkmark next to “Paperless Bill” at the bottom of the screen.
When you update your account, please ensure that we have the correct contact information to reach you. Confirm your e-mail and phone number are up to date, so you receive all important bill-due notifications and alerts.
