Our
online customer portal is being replaced with a new portal called
My Account. My Account combines an easier-to-use design with more features. If you have been paying your utility bill using our existing customer portal, please stay tuned for steps you’ll need to take to ensure a smooth transition to the new My Account portal.
We will
expand our payment methods to make payment more convenient. We are expanding our payment options to include PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay; as well as in-person payment options through local retailers.
Your monthly
utility bill will soon feature a new, easier-to-read layout. Key information including the due date, amount due, and messages will be prominently displayed.
A
refreshed website will provide the details of these changes, as well as several new features and content.
Please pardon our dust as we make these changes to improve and enhance the delivery of your essential water and/or wastewater services.
