Bradfield Farms Peach Orchard Silverton Construction Project

We would like to remind customers of the ongoing construction project through the end of October 2023.

Construction will begin at approximately 9:00 am with completion expected by 5:00 pm each day.

The project consists of ground trenching for a water line, a manhole burial from our well located near Fellows Lane, and an installation of the fire hydrant on Tearoyal Court.

Construction of a driveway at Fellow Lane is planned. Later construction is planned for the demolition and rebuild of a well on Silverton Road with notification this spring for the start of this project.

Silverton Drive and Fellows Lane are the locations for the construction. Please note trucks will be driving through Appaloosa Lane and Mendora Drive; Tearoyal Court, Rising Star Court, Blazeprince Drive, and Peach Orchard Road.

Customers may anticipate trucks, trailers, excavation equipment, boring equipment, and staff on the road or right-of-way.

Please use caution when driving in the areas to keep you and our contractors safe.

At this time, we do not expect to have to close any streets.
