Ski Mountain NC - Construction Project

This is a courtesy message from Carolina Water Service Inc. of North Carolina, your local water provider for the Ski Mountain Community.

We would like to advise customers of an upcoming construction project slated to begin this morning through approximately October 3, 2025. 

Construction will begin at approximately 9 a.m. each day with completion expected by 5 p.m.  

The project consists of the replacement of water lines on Galax Circle. The community should expect some road closures and detours. Customers may anticipate trucks, trailers, excavation equipment, and staff on the road or right-of-way.

Please use caution when driving in the areas to keep you and our contractors safe.
