Brandywine Bay NC - Manhole Repair and Road Closure (Estimated timeframe - 3/17-3/24)

This is a courtesy message from Carolina Water Service Inc. of North Carolina, your local water provider for the Brandywine Bay community.

Carolina Water Service is scheduled to repair the manhole located near 304 Lord Granville Drive. The project work is slated to take place from Tuesday, March 17 through Tuesday, March 24.

Lord Granville Drive will be closed to through traffic from Westchester & Eastchester Drive to Fairway Drive and it will be impassable at the specific project zone.

Currently, the company has placed a steel plate over the manhole to ensure no disruption to vehicles driving in the area. Please take appropriate precautions for adjusting your route – as the road will be blocked at the project site. Once the repair work is completed, the road will reopen to traffic. Paving will occur at a later date. The affected residents have been contacted and CWSNC will work directly with them to ensure minimal impact..
