We are asking customers for their feedback

Providing our customers with the best service possible is a priority. Hearing from our customers helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve. To help garner additional feedback, we are sending customers with an email on file, a survey asking them to rate the services we provide. Customers will also have the opportunity to provide comments. The feedback we receive will be used internally for continuous improvement.

The survey will be emailed to customers this month, beginning on April 8, 2026, and running through April 22, 2026. Following best practices, the survey is managed by a third-party company experienced in market research. We have worked with our survey partner, Sea Cliff Consulting, for many years. Sea Cliff uses proven methodologies to collect reliable data. They also have security in place to protect any related customer information, for example, customer email addresses and information included in verbatim responses.

In addition to this outreach to customers, our customer service team is available during normal working hours to help customers, and after hours for emergencies. We are proud to deliver essential utility service to our customers.
