Auto-Draft Error Customer Notice

    On March 8, 2023, an auto draft error occurred through our bank which resulted in a cluster of customer accounts being withdrawn twice today (3/8) for their current bill. Not all customers were impacted. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and we are working to immediately correct the issue.

    The issue occurred during payment processing with our bank and we have directed them to credit the duplicated amount back immediately. If you were impacted, you will see the reversal today (3/8) or at the latest by tomorrow (3/9). Please contact us directly using the information below if you incur any additional charges due to this error and we will remedy the situation.
