Pursuant to the Order issued by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (“Commission”), from Cause No. 45651, dated February 01, 2023, as required by the thirty-day administrative filing procedures and guidelines, Community Utilities of Indiana, Inc (“CUII”) hereby gives notice of its intent to submit its estimated billing procedures for Commission review on or before May 02, 2023. This filing will explain CUII’s estimated billing procedures and will explain reasons for and outcomes of the estimated billings.
