Our online portal and mobile app, My Utility Account, is a powerful tool to help you manage your account with us anytime, anywhere.

From My Utility Account you can:
► Pay Your Bill: Manage all billing-related tasks for your account. Enroll in autopay, sign up for Paperless Billing, view your billing history and more.
► View Alerts and Notifications: Easily update your account information and notification preferences. Check on current service alerts and bill-due alerts.
► Message Customer Service: Send a message directly to our Customer Service team and view all prior messages in one convenient place.
► Monitor Your Water Usage: View your monthly water usage from the Usage page. Compare your water usage across different periods of time. If you have an AMI meter installed, you can see hourly, daily, and monthly water usage data.
