Twin Lakes: Sanitary sewer cleaning and televising work

Dear Customer: Please be advised that Community Utilities of Indiana, Twin Lakes, has contracted with Accu Dig to perform sanitary sewer cleaning and televising work on your sanitary sewer. They will be televising from your external cleanout to the sewer main.

The work is scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The maintenance and inspection work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. This work is necessary to check the condition of the sanitary sewer and to perform routine maintenance.

The process of sewer cleaning uses water jetting equipment that may induce pressure changes within the sewer.

Several tips to help reduce any inconvenience during the scheduled work are:
- Keep toilet seat covers Closed.
- Loosen caps or plugs on any exterior sewer cleanouts.
- Cover basement and first floor drains to prevent any backsplash. If you experience any odors after the cleaning has taken place, make sure that pea traps or floor drains have water in them by running your faucets or adding water.
