Danby NC Upcoming Construction Information

We would like to advise customers of an upcoming construction project starting Mid-March through the end of June 2023.  

Work will begin at approximately 8:00 am with completion expected by 5 pm.  

The first phase of the project consists of engineering at the wastewater treatment plant, surveying, and ground boring.

This work is for the upcoming demolition and rebuilding of the existing wastewater treatment plant.

Please note trucks will be driving through the community to the wastewater treatment plant location.

Customers may anticipate trucks, trailers, excavation equipment, and ground boring equipment.

Please use caution when driving in the areas to keep you and our contractors safe.

At this time, we do not expect any street closures

Additional information will be provided for the demolition and rebuilding phase at a later time.
