CANCELLED: Blacksmith Run Public Hearing - May 20

This is a courtesy message from Carolina Water Service Inc. of North Carolina, your local wastewater provider for the Vista at Blacksmith Run Subdivision.

On May 15, the Commission approved a motion by Public Staff to cancel the public witness hearing scheduled for May 20 at 7 p.m. at the Henderson County Courthouse. The meeting was scheduled in response to the application by Carolina Water Service of North Carolina to provide wastewater utility service and to charge rates to the community. Public Staff filed the motion to cancel the hearing based on their consideration that there was not significant protest from affected customers.

Again, the public meeting previously scheduled for May 20 at 7 p.m. has been cancelled.
