Upcoming Customer Service Implementations

Please take note of important customer service updates taking place the first week of July 2026.

New Look!

We are completing our operational merger with Texas Water Utilities (TWU). In July, we will implement the TWU name and logo as well as enhanced customer service.

New Online Customer Portal!

Our online customer portal is being upgraded to a new portal called My Account. My Account combines an easier-to-use design with new features.

If you have been paying your utility bill using our existing customer portal, please stay tuned for steps you’ll need to take to ensure a smooth transition to the new portal.

Updated Website and Web Address
We’re updating our website and web address to provide customers with a better online experience.
Updated Bill Design
Your monthly utility bill will soon feature a new, easier-to-read layout. Starting in July, water and gas services will no longer be included on the same bill. Gas customers will be billed separately for gas service.
More Payment Options
We are expanding our payment options to include: PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as in-person payment options through local retailers.
New Facebook
We will be moving to the TWU Facebook page. Rest assured, we will make sure you can get to the right place.
