APPLICATION FOR TRANSFER OF ASSETS OF EXEMPT UTILITY AND FOR AMENDMENT OF CERTIFICATE 465-SBY UTILITIES, INC. OF FLORIDA,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on this 13th day of October, 2017, pursuant to Sections 367.045, and 367.071 Florida Statutes, and Section 25-30.030, Florida Administrative Code, of the of the Application of Utilities, Inc. of Florida, for the transfer to it of the wastewater system owned by Barrington Estates Property Holdings Homeowners’ Association, Inc., and to amend Wastewater Certificate No. 465-S, to add the following land in Lake County, Florida (This is a simplified legal description, and a complete legal description may be obtained by contacting Martin S. Friedman, whose contact information is below):

BARRINGTON ESTATES, Phases 1 & 2 

        A tract of land lying in of Sections 11 & 14, Township 23 South, Range 25 East, Lake County, Florida.

        Any objections to the Application must be made in writing and filed with the Commission Clerk, Office of Commission Clerk, Florida Public Service Commission, 2540 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0850, no later than 30 days from the date of this Notice, November 13th, 2017.
