Prairie Path Water Co-Lake Holiday Spring Flushing

Dear Customer:

This is a courtesy message from Prairie Path Water Company – Lake Holiday, your local water utility provider. Today is Friday, April 8, 2022. This message is to inform you that we will be conducting routine hydrant flushing within your water system beginning, Monday, April 18 through Friday, April 29, 2022.  The flushing will begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. and ending at approximately 5:00 p.m. each day.  During this flushing process, you may experience periods of lower than normal water pressure or possible cloudy water during this time each day.

 We would ask that you please limit your water usage as much as possible during this time to reduce the possibility of drawing cloudy or discolored water into your service lines.  We suggest that you refrain from doing laundry until the flushing is complete and service returns to normal.  Once the flushing is completed, normal water quality and pressure will be restored to your home.  Should you experience any water quality issues following this work, we would ask that you please try flushing your cold-water line for approx. 2-3 minutes.  If this does not improve the quality, please contact us immediately.
