Over the last couple of months, we’ve communicated about our upcoming merger of Utilities Inc. of Louisiana (“UIL”) and French Settlement Water Company, Inc. (“FSW”) to form one utility to be branded and known as Utilities Inc. of Louisiana.
New Customer Portal Coming this June.
We will be transitioning from “My Utility Account” to a new portal called “My Account.” We will reach out to you when “My Account” is in place and ready for you to register for a new online account. You will receive instructions for seamless sign up, including how to select your notification preferences and manage autopay details, if desired.
Please note, My Utility Account will no longer be available beginning May 30, 2025. Between May 30 and June 2, we will be transitioning your account to our new online portal My Account. During this time, you will not be able to access your account online. This includes making online payments. Payments can be made over the phone at 877-875-3711.
Refreshed Website and Bill Design! During our transition, we are taking the opportunity to update our website and your bill layout for a better customer experience. Rest assured, you will still be able to find us online as we are taking steps to ensure you are directed to the right place.
