CUII-Twin Lakes Spring Flushing

Hello, This is a courtesy message that CUII will be conducting routine hydrant maintenance and flushing within your water system starting on Monday, April 29, 2024 through Friday, May 10, 2024. The flushing will be conducted starting Monday until finished including the weekend. CUII is extending flushing hours and will be flushing every day until finished to shorten the flushing duration to prevent any further inconvenience.

CUII will also be exercising system valves during this process. We will begin this work at approximately 8:00AM and end at approximately 6:30PM each day. We would ask that you please limit your water usage as much as possible during this time to reduce the possibility of drawing cloudy or discolored water into your service lines. We suggest that you refrain from doing laundry until the flushing is complete and service returns to normal. Once the flushing is completed, normal water quality and pressure will be restored to your home. Should you experience any water quality issues following this work, we would ask that you please try flushing your cold-water line for approx. 2-3 minutes. If this does not improve the quality, please contact us immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience while we work to provide you with the best possible water quality and service.
