Customer Service Upgrades in Progress for September

Last month we reached out to inform you of customer service upgrades planned at Utilities Inc. of Georgia.

These upgrades are in process and planned for early September.

New Look!
We’ve updated our logo to better reflect the natural beauty of our state. We are in the process of adding this design to our website, bills, uniforms, etc.

Additional Changes in the Works!

Our website is being refreshed to provide customers with an improved online experience. The new site is expected to launch in early September.

Our new website will feature a new online customer portal. In late August our current portal, My Utility Account, will be retired and we will transition to My Account. When My Utility Account is retired, we will post a notice on the website, and you will no longer have access. Rest assured you will still be able to make payments via phone while we transition to our new portal.

Your bill design will be updated. Key information including the due date, amount due, and messages will be prominently displayed. We expect the new layout to be available for your bill received in September.

New look with enhanced Customer Service.

We are thrilled to continue to serve you. These upgrades, in addition to a refreshed look and feel, will bring improvements in Customer Service.

Please, “pardon our dust” as we make these changes and be sure to read our updates as we prepare for our transition in early September.

We will be communicating with customers via email, bill inserts and web postings. Our Customer Service team will also have important information to be able to assist you.
