October 3 Hurricane Helene Restoration Underway

We continue to keep our water systems up, despite loss of power in much of the Upstate and Midlands. Boil water advisories are in effect for those for some systems in those areas. This is a precautionary measure due to power loss at the well and we ask that you conserve water where possible.  As soon as these steps are no longer needed and lab tests confirm the water is safe to drink, we will issue a rescind message.

The following subdivisions should boil their water for at least one minute before drinking: Heatherwood/Blue Ridge/Calvin Acres, Cedarwood, Mallard Cove, Milmont Shores, Murray Park, Oakridge Hunt Club, and Tanglewood.

Our team deployed generators from all over the Southeast and we are grateful those who have worked around the clock since Friday to the benefit of our customers. We understand this inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to provide you with safe drinking water and the best possible service.
