Valleymere - Planned Water Outage

Blue Granite Water Company (BGWC or the Company) would like to inform you of the upcoming planned service interruption that will affect your service.

BGWC continuously strives to provide you with the best service possible. However, sometimes scheduled maintenance is necessary to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems. As a result, maintenance repairs to the water lines will be conducted on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, and Thursday, July 24, 2025. The repairs will begin at 11 a.m. with an expected completion time of 5 p.m.

During this period there will be a disruption in your water service. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, but our team will work diligently to minimize the duration of this interruption and restore your water service as quickly as possible.

As a precaution, on the day of the scheduled repairs, the Company may need to issue a Boil Water Advisory (BWA) and collect water samples to ensure the water continues to meet all water quality requirements. Once results are confirmed, the Company will issue a second notice lifting the BWA which is generally within 48 hours after the initial BWA. We recommend taking any necessary precautions to mitigate the impact of this interruption on your operations. If you have any critical needs that may be affected, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
