Apply for Service

To open a new residential or commercial account:

1. Submit the completed Apply For Service Form  and deposit at least 48 hours prior to the date you need services.


Corix Utilities Texas requires an initial deposit for residential and small commercial accounts before services can be established. Large commercial accounts will be calculated based on historical usage. A residential security deposit may be waived by providing a recent letter of credit from another utility company showing that the account was paid in accordance with stated terms. If a residential applicant cannot establish credit to the satisfaction of the utility, the applicant may be required to pay a deposit.

Residential accounts that are in good standing and have paid on time for 18 months will automatically be refunded the security deposit on their account. On closing, the deposit will automatically be applied to the final bill including applicable interest as per the utilities tariff.

*For service at a new location: Provide a map of your property, marking an “X” in the preferred location where your water meter would be installed. The map can be emailed to inquiries@corixtexas.com or faxed to 512-339-0809. Upon receipt of the application form, map, deposit and fee, a Corix Utilities Texas Customer Service representative will contact you to discuss service availability.

2. Payment can be made using a credit card, check or money order.

To pay with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card, submit the completed Apply for Service Form via email or fax and call our Corix Utilities Texas Customer Care office at 1-877-718-4396.

To pay with a check or money order, mail the completed Apply for Service Form and a check or money order to:

Move Out/Stop Service

To cancel or stop service, complete the Move Out/Stop Service Form (PDF 130 KB) and submit via email, fax, or mail. Please note that you are responsible for all charges until your account is closed.
