Dear Customer: This is a courtesy message from Prairie Path Water Company-Rockvale your local water provider. Today is Tuesday, April 23, 2024. This is a reminder that water service will be shut down on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, for planned repairs. Water service will be shut down from approximately 10am until 3pm. Our crews will work as quickly as possible to restore normal service. Once water is restored, a boil water order will be under effect for 24 hours but may be in place for up to 72 hours or longer. Please boil your water for a minimum of 5 minutes before consumption. Again, water service will be shut down for planned repairs on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 from approximately 10am to 3pm. Once water service is turned back on, a boil water order will be under effect until further notice. Please boil your water for a minimum of 5 minutes before consumption. We anticipate the boil water order being lifted no sooner than 24 hours but may be in place for up to 72 hours or longer.
