Previously Water Service Corporation of Kentucky billed you for water, wastewater and trash services. This notice includes important information about these services going forward.
Wastewater and Trash Services
City of Middlesboro for trash collection and wastewater services, billing for these services will be sent by Water Service Corporation, on behalf of the City of Middlesboro. You will see the above logo on those bills: My Utility Account Login
This will occur until a new payment vendor is identified, expected by the end of the year.
Payment for wastewater and trash services can be made in-person at City Hall or through the My Utility Account online portal at account.myutility.us.
