RUTLEDGE LANDING Subdivision: Construction Project Notice

We would like to inform customers of the construction project beginning in your area Monday, September 4th, 2023, through the end of February 2024. The primary access to the site is 905 Peninsula Place, Knightdale, NC.

Construction will begin at approximately 8:00 am with completion expected by 5 pm each day.

The community will not be impacted other than a slight increase in traffic, no street work is scheduled. At this time, we do not expect to have to close any streets.

Customers may anticipate pick-up trucks, delivery trucks, trailers, excavation equipment, crane, and staff on the road or right-of-way.

Please use caution when driving in the areas to keep you, our staff, and contractors safe.

No boil water advisory is anticipated, but, if one becomes necessary, you will be notified.

The contractors for this project are McKim & Creed Inc., and Bowen Engineering.
