Bermuda Water Company (BWC) is committed to providing safe and reliable water and sewer service to every customer, regardless of which community they call home.
Recently, the Arizona Corporation Commission issued its order in Bermuda Water Company’s tax reform compliance filing (Docket No. W-01812A-18-0231).
On August 30, 2022, BWC filed its 2022 Annual Notice of Compliance regarding the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). The Commission authorized BWC to refund these accrued TCJA tax savings as a one-time bill credit to our customers.
This refund will take effect November 21, 2022. The first bill after the effective date will include this refund based on the table below.
