Depending on your service location, Corix Utilities Texas provides water or wastewater services to residential and commercial customers, community parks, and schools.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Billing Cycles

Corix Utilities Texas bills for utility services on a monthly basis and currently has three different cycles. The service location of the property determines the billing date for that property based on monthly meter reading dates. The due date shown on your bill is when charges are due. Payments are due 16 days from the date of the bill in accordance with the Utilities tariff governed by Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Terms of Payment

The full amount owing is payable by the due date indicated on your bill. Please allow at least five business days for your payment to reach us before the due date.


If payment is not received by the due date on the bill, a late penalty of 10% or $5.00, whichever is greater, may be charged on the outstanding balance.

A penalty letter will be mailed to the customer once a late penalty is assessed. If not paid in full by the date referenced on the late penalty notice, services are subject for disconnect.

Once services are disconnected, the past due balance plus disconnection re-connection fees must be paid in full to re-instate service.

In order to avoid the disconnection of services, it is important to contact the Corix Utilities Texas billing office to make mutually agreeable payment arrangements in those instances where your payment will be received late. Re-connection of service may take up to 36 hours.

Returned Check Charge

If a payment to Corix Utilities Texas is not honored by your banking institution, for any reason, a handling fee will be applied to your utility account.

Disconnection of Service

“Disconnection Notice” indicates that the balance on your account is now overdue. To avoid disconnection of your services, the overdue balance must be paid immediately. If it becomes necessary to disconnect service, payment of the full balance and disconnect and reconnect fees must be paid in full to re-activate your service. Re-connection of service may take up to 36 hours.
